By accessing this website, booking services, purchasing products, memberships, gift cards, or packages, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or book services.

Wellness Services

The Light Lounge provides wellness and relaxation experiences designed to support rest, recovery, and general well-being. Our services are not medical treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, illness, or injury. Information provided on this website, in promotional materials, or during appointments is for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.

Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Clients may be required to complete health screening, informed consent, and waiver documentation prior to participation.

Bookings and Appointments

Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person. The Light Lounge Ltd. reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service where participation may pose a risk to the client or others.

Cancellations and No-Shows

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a $10 cancellation fee.

Missed appointments and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the session or service credit.

Memberships and packages remain subject to the cancellation policies in effect at the time of purchase.

Memberships and Packages

Memberships, packages, and promotional offers are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

Unused sessions may expire according to the terms of the specific package or membership purchased.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value except where required by applicable law.

Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be guaranteed for replacement.

Payments

Payment is due at the time of booking or service unless otherwise specified.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Applicable taxes will be added where required.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in wellness services involves inherent risks. Clients are required to review and accept the applicable Waiver, Release of Liability, and Informed Consent before participating.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Light Lounge Ltd., its owners, directors, employees, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or participation in services.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, videos, branding, and design elements, is the property of The Light Lounge Ltd. and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Privacy

Personal information collected through this website or during service delivery is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy legislation.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
